The customer-facing services for the Parking & Transportation office have been relocated to Panther Central in the Litchfield Towers lobby. The parking office in Ruskin Hall is now closed.
The office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays for parking inquiries and payments. Motorist assistance is available 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, by calling at 412-624-4034.
Citations can be paid through an online portal using a credit or debit card; in person with cash, check or money order during normal hours at the Towers office; or by mailing your payment, citation and license plate number to 3990 Fifth Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
