Pitt employees have until Dec. 31 to opt-in for paperless, online delivery of their 2024 W-2 form, as soon as it’s available in January.

Active employees can access their ADP account through Pitt Worx by going to my.pitt.edu > Pitt Worx > Me > Form W-2 Information.

All active employees now also may access their W-2s forms directly through the secure My ADP Link once a separate ADP account is set up. Please see instructions on creating an ADP account for more information. The ADP access is always available for active, inactive, and terminated employees, as well as when there is a Pitt Worx Outage. Visit the Payroll Department’s year end page for more information.

If you have already opted-in for electronic W-2s, you should still review contact information and update as needed.

W-2 forms will be available online no later than Jan. 31.
