Third Journaling for Emotional Well-Being Workshop set

The Senate Library committee, in collaboration with the University Counseling Center, is hosting its third Journaling for Emotional Well-Being Workshop at noon May 10 in the Falk Library Classroom in Scaife Hall.

The program, funded by the Year of Emotional Well-Being, will focus on how writing down your feelings and thoughts can help bring relief from internal tensions, fears and more.

The session will be led by people from the University Counseling Center and will including special writing tips from University Times writer Marty Levine.

Participants will have time to ask questions and do some journaling, if they want. Journals and light refreshments will be provided.
