Pitt Innovation Challenge applications due by May 3

Round one applications for the Pitt Innovation Challenge (PInCh) 2021, a program supported by the Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI), are due by 11:59 p.m. May 3.

PInCh stimulates the translation of novel problem-focused research into the community. Proposals are encouraged from any discipline and on any topic that impacts health from disease prevention and treatment to provider tools and community programs.

A total of $555,000 in awards are available, with one-year awards ranging from $25,000 to  $100,000. In addition, each winning team will receive project management support from CTSI to help move from idea to impact.

Projects that help prevent and/or reduce health disparities may be eligible for an additional award of up to $25,000.
