Four people have been recognized with the 2026 Provost’s Awards for Excellence in Undergraduate Student Success.

The awards, formerly the Provost’s Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Advising, annually recognize staff, faculty and administrators who have positively impacted the student experience by engaging in collaborative and holistic academic advising and student success practices.

Each award consists of a cash prize of $1,000 and a grant of $1,500 to support professional development activities. All awardees will be honored publicly at a reception event on March 26.

Faculty Mentor Award: Elizabeth (Betsy) Nagle Stilley, School of Education, associate professor of practice and associate co-chair of the Department of Health and Human Development. 

Professional Staff Academic Advisor Award: Emily Snyder, School of Public Health, academic advisor for the bachelor of science in public health program.

Student Success Impact Award: Jennifer Bohland, Pre-Health Resource Center, Senior Pre-Health Professions Advisor

Advising Administrator Award: Lesha Greene, David C. Frederick Honors College, director of national scholarship advising
