Pitt will mark Be A Good Neighbor Day on March 26. Staff, faculty and students can sign up for a variety of projects through March 21.
More than 20 projects are available, including:

Help Friends of South Side Park prepare land for tree planting.

Pack up Family House’s University Club location, which will be closing on March 25 as a part of Family House's transition to their new, consolidated location in Bloomfield.

Prepare a site in Garfield for construction of a trail by removing debris, old fence, and invasive species with the Bloomfield Garfield Corp.

Create Safe Sleep Survival Kits for clients of Cribs for Kids and help renovate their office space with some painting, dusting, light cleaning, and organizing supplies.

Assist with wrapping and repackaging baby diapers and period products, as well as reorganizing warehouse space for the Western Pennsylvania Diaper Bank.

Paint wooden stakes to mark a new riverfront trail along the Allegheny as it develops as part of the Allegheny RiverTrail Park.
