Seven former Pitt athletes and the longtime director of the Pitt Band have been selected for the 2025 Pitt Athletics Hall of Fame induction class.

The 2025 honorees are: 

Jerry DeMuro (Men’s Swimming, 1973-77)

Jessica Dignon (Softball, 2005-08)

Aaron Donald (Football, 2010-13)

Bob Jury (Football, 1974-77)

Wanda Randolph (Women’s Basketball, 1976-79)

Amanda Walker (Women’s Track and Field, 2001-05)

Sam Young (Men’s Basketball, 2006-09)

Jack Anderson (Pitt Band, 1986-2013)

The class will be formally inducted at the Pitt Athletics Hall of Fame Dinner presented by PNC on Sept. 26, at the Petersen Events Center. They also will be recognized on Sept. 27 at Acrisure Stadium during the Panthers’ football game against Louisville.

Nominations for the Pitt Athletics Hall of Fame were solicited from the public. Candidates must be five years removed from their final year of collegiate competition and not currently be playing professionally.
