Tickets on sale now for Pitt Day at Kennywood on June 17

For the first time since the pandemic started in 2020, Staff Council’s Pitt Day at Kennywood is back. Tickets are on sale now for the June 17 event.

Staff Council sponsored the event annually for 28 years through June 2019 when the pandemic forced a pause.

Discounted tickets are $29.99, plus a $4 processing fee, and can be purchased here. Please be sure to complete the survey and continue through to the Kennywood link to purchase your tickets. Deadline to purchase tickets is 9 p.m. June 11.

Ticket purchase includes an all-day ride pass and lunch, which will be served from 1 to 3 p.m. in the pavilion. Activities at the pavilion will include raffle baskets, bingo, t-shirt sale, face painting, lawn games, photo ops with Kenny the Kangaroo and Parker, and more.

The week of the event, those who complete the information in the ticket link will receive an email with the finalized schedule of events and other reminders about the day. For more information and updates, visit https://staffcouncil.pitt.edu.

Kennywood Day t-shirts will be on sale for $10 (cash only) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. June 12 and 13 in the Staff Council office, B39 Cathedral of Learning. T-shirts also will be available at Kennywood Day. Shirt sizes range from Youth XS-XL and Adult S-2XL
