Human Resources seeking feedback on strategic plan

The Office of Human Resources will hold several upcoming sessions — two in-person and two virtual — to get feedback from Pitt employees about HR’s strategic plan. These sessions will provide an overview of the proposed plan as well as provide you with the opportunity to offer input.

Space is limited for these sessions to allow for small group discussion and feedback. For questions about these sessions, please submit an inquiry online.

James Gallaher, vice chancellor for human resources, started at Pitt in December 2021. A few months into his tenure at the University he told the University Times that one of the reasons he decided to come to Pitt was “when I looked at the strategic plan, the Plan for Pitt, I could see HR … as a real cornerstone, as a real key, in terms of where Pitt is going as an institution. And that said to me that HR really mattered.”
