Engagement sessions planned on Shaping the Workplace

Human Resources is planning three Shaping the Workplace engagement sessions in January on the Pittsburgh campus with each capped at 125 people. Sign up to attend here.

The meetings will include a five- to 10-minute introduction and then stations set up to discuss the five areas that David DeJong, vice chancellor for Human Resources, wants to address in this process — salary, benefits, work-life balance, performance reviews and work environment. (See more about the plan in this Dec. 5 University Times article.)

The three Pittsburgh sessions are:

  • 9-11 a.m. Jan. 9, O’Hare Student Center ballroom
  • 10 a.m.-noon, Jan. 17, William Pitt Union Assembly Room
  • 10 a.m.-noon, Jan. 22, O’Hara Student Center dining room

Separate sessions will be scheduled at each of the regional campuses.
