Annual staff appraisals due by June 30

The deadline to complete annual staff performance appraisals is June 30.  Every year, all areas across the University are required to conduct a performance appraisal with each employee.

The staff performance appraisal program supports both the Office of Human Resources’ ongoing Shaping the Workplace initiative and the University’s commitment to meet its strategic priorities to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibility centers must confirm that all staff in their area have completed an annual performance appraisal by submitting a Qualtrics survey by July 31. HR will review a sampling of staff performance appraisals to ensure minimum requirements are met as stated by University of Pittsburgh Policy and Procedure ER 11.
