Registration opens Dec. 3 for the spring 2019 Be Fit Pitt classes for faculty and staff.
New this term are three half-hour, early morning classes for faculty and staff only on the third floor of William Pitt Union:
- Express Cycle — 7:15-7:45 a.m. Mondays and Wednesday in the Cycle Studio
- Express Total Body Training — 7:15-7:45 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays in the Dance Studio
- Express Yoga + Pilates — 7:15-7:45 a.m. in the Dance Studio
Other classes are in the Trees Hall Health Fitness Center and the Bellefield Hall Dance Studio. Classes run Jan. 7 to April 19. The cost is $40 for a half-hour class and $55 for the 55-minute classes. Find a list of classes and registration forms here.
The 14-weeks of $5 Friday Fitness Classes begin Jan. 11. The classes are from noon to 12:45 p.m. at the Trees Hall Fitness Center.
