Pitt’s new recruiting site, Talent Center, goes live Dec. 17

Pitt’s new recruiting and hiring system is set to launch on Dec. 17, according to the University.

The Talent Center will replace PittSource as a part of the University’s new payroll and financial platform Pitt Worx.

Pitt Worx is a cloud-based platform that will handle employee benefits, payroll and work and time off hours and other human resource services.

With the new platform, Talent Center would give applicants a “more efficient application process,” “timely status notifications for all throughout the application process” and give applicants the ability to electronically sign offer letters, according to a University release.

PittSource will be down from 5 p.m. Dec. 12 to 9 a.m. Dec. 17 before Talent Center goes live.

The Office of Human Resources is encouraging the Pitt community to weigh in on the changes. More details will continue to be released during the transition.
