The Office of Human Resources is accepting feedback on the first phase of the Shaping the Workplace initiative through Feb. 11.
There are two ways to submit feedback:
Feedback for specific elements: The main page for the initiative on SharePoint includes questions specific to each element. Feedback received from these fields is completely anonymous.
- General/personal feedback: For those who would like to receive a response, or for those who have feedback that is more personal in nature, submit feedback on this form. Feedback received from this form is completely anonymous unless you optionally enter your contact information to receive a response.
Human Resources will analyze feedback received from the forms and engagement sessions, which concluded at the end of January, to share with the University community in spring 2020.
