Duquesne Light is offering free Energy Efficiency Kits to all University of Pittsburgh students and employees who live within the company’s service area, in a program organized by Pitt’s Facilities Management department.
For students in Pitt housing, the package will include two LED lightbulbs for students living in Pitt Housing.
For employees and students living off campus, the package will include eight LED lightbulbs and two nightlights
Those requesting the kit will have to fill out a short form. The program runs through Oct. 31. The kits will be delivered to participants’ homes six to eight weeks after you sign up.
